A student is not only a child who goes to school everyday.We all are students and we learn something everyday.
As a teacher I always try to focus on a student`s areas of expertise and his weaknesses, and ensure to reduce flaws in his/her performance. My methodology of teaching is straight, normal and acceptable by all including regular tests, interactive sessions and time to time meetings with parents. :-)
