I believe that student should not be made bookworm, he should made sharp by giving through knowledge full explanations, method and techniques and also by giving them interested examples related to real life which will make them to understand better.They would learn to believe in positive competition and score best.I make sure that they just don't get to learn from me but I also get to learn from them thus making it a two-way learning process.
